There is lots of good news in Tyler, like the recent opening of the Grande Boulevard extension from Broadway to Paluxy, and the second extension from Paluxy to Texas Highway 110.

There is exciting news in upscale residential housing developments, with custom builders such as Kevin Humphrey Homes constructing new homes in Cook's Ranch, Graemont, Hollytree, Lake Tyler, Lake Palestine and other vibrant Tyler residential communities.
